The Con-Quest promoters have a combined 30+ years experience as vendors at conventions in both exhibitor and artist alley areas.  Our idea for a successful show is one that targets high attendee experience and creates a great value for our vendors and artists who we feel are the most critical piece of a show’s success!

We want to give you the greatest opportunity to sell and promote your items so you maximize your earnings and in return, give our attendees the best experience possible.
 

To that end, we aim to be one of the most pro-vendor show options out there. Here are some of our added perks for vendors:
 

• Additional load-in time before the show

• Free VIP access to the arcade hall

• Vendor and artist breakfast access

• Discounted hotel room block

• Every weekend pass holder will get spendable con-bucks they can trade in to vendors for a cash value which we will pay out at the end of the show. We are funneling thousands of dollars into the exhibitor hall to stimulate spending and ensure you have a great weekend.

• Early Discount - We are giving an additional discount for our first year show. Early vendors receive a discount booth space, making them as low as $400 and $100 respectively, after the discount.

• All exhibitors get free promotional posts on our social media pages, and can earn more by helping us promote the convention.

• Free exhibitor private internet to ensure your transactions process smoothly.

• Free-view Friday is open to the public for a short four hour window. This is to help drive traffic through the vendor hall on what is traditionally the weakest day of the convention sales.
   

Please note, we will curate our exhibitor and artist alley vendors! It is our intention to ensure we have the widest mix of exhibitors and minimize overlap and competition in the same spaces. We want you to do very well, and give our attendees the greatest experience possible.

Con-Quest is run by fantasy author Christopher Schmitz, and TTRPG publisher Brian Berg, a couple of long-time convention vendors who exhibit conventions for a living. We have a deep understanding of what exhibiting is like, and are one of the only shows with a real focus on making vendors' experiences excellent. Con-Quest will feature a realistic amount of celebrities, fun activities, video and tabletop gaming, panels, and more! The show will be located in downtown Waterloo, Iowa at the convention center at Sullivan Brothers Plaza with an estimated attendance of around 3,000.
